Upon my return to London, I was reminded that it’s not easy to find somewhere among the bright lights of the big city from which you can spend a little time with the moon and the stars and to be able to dream a little dream with them. Luckily though, I have my French Sole black velvet Board Walkers with their beautiful sun, moon and stars embroidery to gaze upon whenever I’m feeling so celestially inclined. Their rich tapestry depicting night and day always makes me smile, while the soft leather lining and rubber soles carry me off effortlessly to my next urban adventure.

I feel fortunate to have such companions. They are there when I need them in my life, be it an evening cruise on the Thames, a walk through Hyde Park, or just a stroll along the King’s Road. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. My Board Walkers are my casual yet stylish friends, chic at a seconds notice, a hint of elegance to compliment most anything in my wardrobe, these divine creations deliver this and more.

Surely like my beautiful Board Walkers, we all have our favourites; my little friends which when I take them off after our most recent journey, we catch ourselves whispering “J’taime mon amour” to, as we place them carefully back where they rest. Perhaps the moon and stars will help them to sleep while I smile and dream of my next adventure with them.
