A Room with a View
When travelling is not an option, there can be only one thing to do; Pull the curtains and settle in with some good old Merchant Ivory. A Room with a View would be my preferred selection and while watching, why not indulge in a little shopping for French Sole shoes to adorn your feet on an imaginary trip to Florence. After all, give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world, even if it is from the privacy of her petite boudoir. Positive thinking is the key to great success, to happiness and to be frank ladies, it’s so much easier to keep your spirits up with beautiful shoes on your feet.
If you’ve seen the latest French Sole collection and their breathtaking brand new styles, it will surely not come as a surprise you that I bought more than just one pair. To continue with my fictional trips, I created a list of all the cities that I would want to re-visit, with Florence and Paris at the top. Planning my outfits with the utmost care and what better footwear for my imaginary endeavours, shoes that will go with everything, than the French Sole Penelope Ankle Tie in grey. For romantic evenings, I opted for a pair of Penelope beauties in the most enchanting shade of soft pink in suede. I can resist everything but pink and French Sole always creates the most exquisite shoes in my favourite colour.
You see, my trips might be wanderings of whimsy for the time being but there is nothing imaginary about the shoes. After all, online shoe-shopping is always a good idea, it’s one of those little luxuries that we all so desperately need and deserve in these difficult times. So stay positive and keep on shoe-opping! 🙂
